Dr. Peyton Smith
Chiropractor
Dr. Peyton Smith
BSc, DC · East York & Scarborough

Peyton is a chiropractor and former competitive soccer player. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after her undergrad at McMaster, and most of her clinical work is with athletes and active people managing low back and neck pain, extremity injuries, and post-surgical rehab.

Her treatment style blends manual therapy, acupuncture, and progressive exercise. Because she's played at a competitive level herself, she's good at calibrating a plan of care to what you're actually training for, whether that's returning to sport or getting back to moving well day-to-day.

Outside the clinic, Peyton is usually at the gym, surfing, or behind a camera.
