Chiropractic care for active people. Manual adjustments, soft tissue work, and exercise programming tailored to what you're actually trying to do with your body.
When pain shows up, it usually means something in how you're moving needs to change. Our job is to find that, treat it with our hands, and build you an exercise plan that keeps the result from unraveling the moment you leave.
Sometimes that's manual adjustments. Sometimes it's soft tissue work or a specific loading progression. Usually it's a combination of the three, adjusted to what you actually need.
Specific, targeted mobilization of restricted joints.
Release and mobilization of tight, overused, or guarded muscles.
Progressive exercises you do between visits so the result sticks.
How you lift, run, squat, or sit, so you stop re-injuring the same spot.
Dry needling and electroacupuncture for pain and muscle tension when it fits your case.
Most of our patients don't fit in a single box. They're managing pain while training, working, and showing up for their lives. If you're dealing with any of this, we can help.
Acute flare-ups, chronic stiffness, or recurring lower back injuries.
Tension headaches, desk-posture strain, whiplash, TMJ-related pain.
Shin splints, IT band, runner's knee, hip pain, foot and ankle issues.
Achilles, patellar, gluteal, proximal hamstring, tennis or golfer's elbow.
Rotator cuff issues, impingement, post-injury rehab, lifting limitations.
Strains, sprains, and return-to-play planning for weekend warriors and competitors.
Getting you back to running, lifting, or training after an acute injury.
Moving well, staying durable, and preventing the next injury before it happens.
Long-standing issues that other clinics haven't been able to move the needle on.
Your initial assessment is 45 minutes with your chiropractor, 1-on-1. Follow-up visits are 30 minutes. Either way, the whole session is yours.
We dig into what's going on: when it started, what makes it worse, what you're trying to get back to. History first, hands second.
We watch how you move, test strength and mobility, and find the specific joints, muscles, or patterns driving your pain.
You don't leave the first session without hands-on treatment. Adjustments, soft tissue, or both, whatever your body needs.
You walk out with a clear plan: how often to come in, what to do between visits, and what "better" actually looks like.
You get the full session with your chiropractor, start to finish. Same practitioner the whole time, same plan across every visit, same focus on what you actually came in for.
One practitioner, one plan, and a clear path back to what you were doing before this started.
Chiropractic at PRT is delivered by a team of licensed DCs. Each brings their own background (sports, running, strength, post-surgical), and every new practitioner is trained to the same standard of care.
Meet the team →Chiropractic is offered at both PRT locations, with the same standard of care at each. Book with whichever is easier.
