Dynamic compression boots for tired legs. Sequential air compression for circulation, recovery, and that just-flushed-out feeling. 30 minutes. Both locations.
NormaTec boots use sequential pneumatic compression to move blood and fluid through your legs, mimicking the natural muscle pump. It's the same tech used by pro teams and Olympic athletes for a reason, and for the last decade it's been priced low enough to make sense for everyday humans too.
Show up in something you can kick back in. 30 minutes, and your legs feel noticeably lighter on the way out. That's the whole pitch.
Rhythmic compression moves blood and lymph through tired tissue.
Supports muscle recovery after long runs, rides, or hard sessions.
Helpful for mild swelling in the lower legs and feet.
The 30 minutes is surprisingly meditative. Bring headphones.
Compression boots aren't a cure for a specific injury. They're a tool. Most of our recovery-room users fall into one of these buckets:
Sunday long run, Monday morning boots. Classic combo.
Marathon, Hyrox, triathlon, or any hard effort where your legs are toast.
During a high-volume week to stay on top of recovery.
Quad and posterior chain work accumulates. Boots help flush it.
For folks who are on their feet for work, including nurses and teachers.
Post-flight circulation support. Pair with a walk.
Non-medical swelling from heat, long days, or activity.
Day-before or morning-of sessions to feel fresh at the line.
Some sessions are just good for the nervous system.
Sessions are simple. Come in, sit down, strap in, kick back for 30 minutes.
Arrive a few minutes before your session. Front desk confirms your booking and shows you to the recliner.
Slip the boots on. They zip up the inside of each leg. Sit back in the recliner, blanket optional.
Boots inflate and deflate in sequential zones from the feet up. Bring headphones, a podcast, or just nap.
Unzip, hop out, grab water. Your legs will feel noticeably lighter.
Compression boots won't cure an injury and they won't replace sleep, protein, or smart training. What they do is give your legs a 30-minute circulation boost that genuinely helps, especially when stacked with your other recovery habits.
It's low effort and consistently available. The 30 minutes of sitting still is half the value.
NormaTec sessions are self-guided. The front desk sets you up, explains the machine, and checks in afterward. If you want to know whether compression is the right fit for a specific goal (pre-race prep, post-injury protocol), one of our practitioners can advise.
