Full-spectrum infrared sauna for deep recovery. Infrared heats you directly rather than just heating the air around you, which makes 30 to 45 minutes easier to tolerate and more effective for circulation, relaxation, and cardiovascular benefit.
Traditional saunas heat the air around you. Infrared saunas emit light that heats your body directly, which means a lower ambient temperature, a more tolerable experience, and a deeper thermal effect. Our sauna uses full-spectrum infrared (near, mid, and far).
Regular sauna use is one of the most research-supported recovery tools we offer, with benefits for cardiovascular health, circulation, recovery, and stress regulation. Thirty focused minutes in the sauna often does more than two hours of scrolling on the couch.
Heat exposure trains the same adaptations as moderate exercise.
Circulation support and muscle relaxation after training.
Down-regulates the nervous system. The modern version of sitting by a fire.
Whole-body warmth supports healthy circulation to skin and periphery.
Sauna use is less about treating a specific condition and more about stacking a well-evidenced habit. A few common reasons to book:
Post-workout heat exposure for circulation and muscle relaxation.
Research supports regular sauna use for heart health outcomes.
Many people report better sleep after evening sessions.
Reliable way to downshift after a loud day.
Heat helps tight, overworked muscles let go.
Peripheral circulation benefit from whole-body warming.
Reset after flights, time zones, or sitting-heavy days.
Regular heat exposure, especially in colder months.
Sauna + NormaTec + red light is a legit stack.
Sauna bookings are private. You have the room to yourself for the duration of your session.
Get here a few minutes early. Front desk shows you to the sauna suite. Water provided.
Private change area. Most people wear swimwear or a towel. Hydrate before you go in.
30 to 45 minutes inside. Start at 25 to 30 minutes if you're newer to infrared. Towel to sit on. You control the door and the heat.
Cool rinse, rehydrate, dress, head out. Keep drinking water afterward.
The sauna is single-occupancy (or paired at your choice), cleaned between every session, and easy to slot into a regular recovery routine.
The benefits compound with consistency. A single session feels great. A few a week over a year is where the real payoff shows up.
Infrared sauna sessions are self-guided. Our front desk explains how to use the sauna on your first visit. If you want to know whether sauna is safe given a specific medical condition, talk to one of our practitioners or your doctor first.
